Orders and prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Customers outside the EU pay no Danish VAT and may pay import duty on arrival. An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.
Delivery
We show a delivery estimate in the cart. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 weeks. If we expect a delay of more than 7 days, we email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Returns and refunds
You can return an unused piece within 30 days of delivery. We refund the full price within 7 days of the piece reaching our workshop. You pay for collection, unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty.
Guarantee
Frames, joints and finishes have a 5-year guarantee against faults in making. Electrical parts and cables are covered for 2 years. Normal wear, spills and damage from misuse are not covered. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
Liability and law
Danish law applies to every order. If we cannot settle a dispute together, you can take it to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board or to the courts in Copenhagen.
